A Message from Branch 16 President

Curt O’Donnell

Dear Branch 16 Members,

As I write this, we are preparing to go to Washington DC for LTS (Legislative Training Seminar). We will learn about the bills that are making their way through the House and Senate and may become law. Without our effort, our representatives do not know what is important to us, the people that they represent. While there, we will also meet with our National officers in a townhall so we can bring back updates on NAPS and Postal issues.

Our branch 16 Treasurer veteran Bruce Kuiper joined by other veterans at Wreath- Laying Ceremony at Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, Arlington National Cemetery.

We get back on Wednesday and will be back just in time for the meeting on Thursday. So the meeting should have much information and we have to decide on who will be able to go to the State Convention on May 7th and 8th. If you want to attend the State Convention you need to come to the branch meeting. We should also have a great turnout for the State Convention with many people running for National offices including our own Dan Mooney for National Secretary/Treasurer.

NAPS 2026 Legislative Agenda

Hope to see you on March 19th for the meeting!

Best regards,

Curt O’Donnell
